Supported Internet Radio Receivers

If your receiver had an Internet Radio (or NET RADIO) menu powered by the old vTuner directory, Retune·FM restores it — you change one DNS setting and the station list works again. It is for pre-smart-platform models; newer receivers with their own streaming service don’t need it.

Models independently confirmed to work with a hosted vTuner directory (the same method Retune·FM uses), compiled from the open-source YTuner project’s tested-devices list. If your model is not listed but had a vTuner Internet Radio menu, it very likely still works.

Every receiver has a unique MAC address — the network ID your Denon or Marantz used to register with the old radiodenon.com / vTuner service, and what identifies the device to Retune·FM. You don’t need it for the DNS setup, but it helps for support or checking your status.

Fastest way: read the sticker on the back or underside of the unit — it is printed next to MAC or MAC ADDR (12 characters, e.g. 00:05:CD:xx:xx:xx).

Denon / Marantz — AV receiversPress Setup (or Menu) → Network → Network Information. On older AVR/AVC models: Menu → Manual Setup → Network Setup → Network Info. The MAC address is shown on that screen.
Denon / Marantz — network CDRCD-N7/N8/N9, DNP-720/730, M-CR series: press Source (or Home) → Setup → Network → Network Info.
Denon — recent AVRAVR-1912 / 2312 / 3312 and X-series: Menu → System Setup → Network Setup → Network Info.
Yamaha (RX-A / RX-V / R-N)On-screen: Setup → Network → Information (or Network Connection) → MAC Address. Or check it in the MusicCast app under device settings.
Onkyo / PioneerTX-NR / VSX / network receivers: Setup → Hardware (or Network) → Network → MAC Address. Some models: Home → Network → Network Information.
Older Denon with front displayAVR-5308, AVC-A1HD, AVP-A1HD and similar: Menu → Manual Setup → Network Setup → Network Info — the display scrolls the MAC address.
