Denon AVR-X2300W: restore Internet Radio
The Denon AVR-X2300W (7.2-channel AV receiver, 2016) shows “Please go to denon.vtuner.com”, a Server error, or an empty Internet Radio list because the vTuner directory it used became unavailable. Change one DNS setting and the station list returns.
The list didn’t break — its directory did
The AVR-X2300W is a pre-HEOS Denon (the HEOS generation starts at the AVR-X2400H). Its Internet Radio ran on vTuner, so it is fully supported. The receiver, your network and its streaming are all fine; only the browsable station directory went away when vTuner became unavailable. Retune·FM answers in its place.

About two minutes. You change one value — the DNS server — and nothing else on your network changes.

Confirm stations are back
Power the AVR-X2300W off and on (or reconnect it to the network), then open Internet Radio / NET RADIO. The list should come alive. Still empty? Re-check the DNS value and that the receiver gets its address settings from your router. To undo everything, set the IP setting back to Automatic.

Does the AVR-X2300W support this over Wi-Fi and Ethernet?
Yes. The DNS setting is the same whether the receiver is on Wi-Fi or a wired connection — set it under Network → Connection for whichever you use.
Will I lose my other settings?
You change the DNS field — but switching to Manual can blank the address fields, so note your IP address, subnet mask and gateway first and type them back in. Only the DNS value changes (to 62.132.3.28).
How do I undo it?
Set “IP Address” back to Automatic under Network → Connection. Everything returns to normal.
