If your TEAC network CD receiver or player shows an empty Internet Radio list or a connection error, the directory it relied on (vTuner) became unavailable on many older units. Retune·FM gives Internet Radio a working address again.

TEAC’s Internet Radio ran on vTuner
Internet Radio on TEAC network players and CD receivers was powered by vTuner. In early 2025 the radio directory moved to an HTTPS server, and TEAC advised owners that several older network models would no longer receive radio — which is what many people saw from around 20 January 2025: the menu now returns an error or comes up empty. Retune·FM answers where vTuner used to, and the list works again.
This applies to network-capable TEAC models that had a vTuner-based Internet Radio menu, such as the Reference 500 network CD receivers and the NP network players.

Which TEAC models does this help?
The network-capable TEAC units that used the vTuner Internet Radio menu — the CD-P800NT CD/network player, the NT-503 and NT-505 network players, the CR-H500NT / CR-H700 network CD receivers and the NP-H750, among others. If Internet Radio worked before and now shows an error or an empty list, this method applies.

Yes, and no app. Retune·FM only links to publicly available radio streams and is not affiliated with TEAC or vTuner. You change one DNS value on the device — no app, no account.

Set the device’s DNS back to automatic (or your router’s address). Everything returns to how it was.
