Anchor your listening with public radio: Rai Radio 1 for news and talk and Rai Radio 3 for culture, plus Radio Monte Carlo, often praised by learners for its slow, articulate hosts. How to get the most from it
Listen 10–15 minutes a day to a station you follow about 70–80% of, replay and summarise short clips aloud, and gather a few phrases each session.
