Anchor your listening with Germany's spoken-word public broadcasters: Deutschlandfunk and Deutschlandfunk Nova for clear news and knowledge, and Deutsche Welle (DW), which also makes programming for learners. When you want speech slowed down, DW's famous "Langsam gesprochene Nachrichten" (slowly-spoken news) and News in Slow German are the classic on-ramps before you move to full-speed radio.
Listen 10–15 minutes a day to a station you follow about 70–80% of, replay and summarise short segments aloud, and note a few new words each time. Shadowing the presenter trains pronunciation and the long German sentence structure. Every station here is a free public stream you can also send to a Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, Onkyo or Pioneer receiver with Retune·FM.
