Where to start
France has an unusually strong ecosystem for learners. Anchor your listening with the big public networks — France Info, France Inter and France Culture — and use RFI's learner programming, "Le français facile avec RFI" (the Journal en français facile), or News in Slow French, when you want speech slowed down and explained. As you progress, drop the slow-news crutch and stay with full-speed talk.
How to get the most from it
Aim for 10–15 minutes a day on a station you follow about 70–80% of. Replay a short clip, summarise it aloud, and collect a few phrases each session; shadowing the presenter builds your accent fast.
