How to restore your original DNS settings

The DNS change is fully reversible — nothing is installed on your device, so undoing it returns everything to exactly how it was.

On the receiver

Open Network / Network Connection, set IP Address back to Automatic (DHCP), and save. If your receiver only has a single manual DNS field, clear it or switch the connection back to automatic. Restart the receiver and it will get its DNS from your router again.

On the router

If you set the DNS on your router, open its admin page, find the DHCP/LAN (or Internet/WAN) DNS field, and remove the Retune·FM address — either leave it blank to use your provider’s DNS, or enter your preferred resolver. Save and reboot devices so they pick up the change.

Advanced setups

If you used a Pi-hole, AdGuard Home, OpenWrt, MikroTik or pfSense override, just delete the DNS records / host overrides you added for the radio domains. Everything else was never touched.

That’s it — the change takes effect immediately and there is nothing left over on the device.
